When you are running for the top, it doesn’t mean you are trying to be better than anyone else but yourself. It feels so good to know that where you are today is not where you were yesterday.
For me, the top is when I achieve everything I want to achieve in life. It is when I make use of every opportunity that comes my way and use it to elevate me to become the best version of myself. The top means I refused to settle for less than what I know I deserve. Each day i refuse to compete with others because it means I am setting myself to the level of their goals and dreams instead of mine. People that compete with others are never fulfilled because they dont know their own goals, they know the goals of others and pursue them as if its their own goals because they are copying the people they compete with. And yet a person who is grounded in his own goals tries to pursue them daily because he knows that where he is, is not where he is supposed to be. When people achieve their own goals they feel the sense of great achievement within themselves and you can never influence them to pursue something that doesn’t align to their life purpose.
The top is when you have peace with what you have achieved. The top is when you look back at your life journey and you see a winner in you. So whatever you are busy with, make sure that you are the best at it because when you are done with it you will feel and have the sense of being at the top. The recognition you get when you achieve great results is amazing and that will show that you are the best. Be on top of everything you do and you will experience a view that not many get to experience.
