If you are unwilling to go down you can never go up. Going down meaning serving others for you to grow. Going down meaning letting go of empty pride and choose to try something different instead of looking down on opportunities.
When a tree is planted it grows both directions, downward and upward. You will notice that a tree will never produce fruit if its roots have not grown. This means it can never grow upwards if it has not grown downwards. What does this mean? This means you can never produce fruit if you are not willing to serve others and humble yourself towards others. That’s what successful people have mastered. They know that for them to be successful they need to find a solution that will serve others for them to become a success and produce fruits in their lives. That is the formula to success. When you serve others you lose pride. When you serve others you dont think you are better but you know that as much as people need you, you need them too. A great character comes out when you are able to serve others.
So if you dont produce the fruits in your life, ask yourself ARE YOUR ROOTS FULLY GROWN AND ESTABLISHED? Are you serving others to become the best version of yourself? Are you letting go of empty pride that is getting you nowhere? Your greatness is for others to benefit, even your gift is for others to benefit. Be willing to lose yourself and be humble enough towards everyone in order for you to produce fruits. When you lower yourself you are allowing your roots to grow in order for your fruits to show.
