What makes people lose confidence in themselves or what they are busy doing? Confidence is the feeling or belief that one can have faith in himself or rely on someone. When you lose confidence in yourself or what you are doing is because you no longer have faith or belief in you.
People can lose confidence for different reasons, some due to personal life experiences, traumas, negative thinking. Once you lose confidence, to gain it needs a lot of preparation. For example, if you know that you are not good at speaking in front of people and you are required to speak in front of people. You prepare the topic you will be speaking about so that you dont lose your words because of anxiety or panic. If you know you are not good in a certain business that you want to start, you prepare yourself by learning from those who made it in the same business. That preparation builds your confidence and you end up having faith that YOU CAN. So think of something that you’ve always wanted to do or start but you lacked confidence. Try to learn from people who are already doing it and find out how they did it. Some people lack confidence in starting anything by themselves. Learn from those who started and build your own confidence by preparing yourself daily.
We are all born with confidence, its just that when we have to start something we’ve never done before we have this fear which steals the inner confidence we are born with. And we end up losing confidence in ourselves. Dont hold yourself back because you dont know something, especially when you believe that you are meant to start or do it. Build your confidence by preparing yourself daily and investing in learning how to get it started. That is how I started to write these daily motivations. When I started way back in 2010 I would research every morning. Today I just invest in reading so that I can always have a motivational message for you. When you are fully prepared your confidence will kick in and you will be like a genius in what you have started because you are fully equipped in it.
