Rooting is when you think its not working because you are not seeing the results you expect. You are not aware that rooting is internal growth and you can only see external growth once you have fully grown internally.
Anything you start will first shape you before you see external results. Your character gets tested as part of the process for growth. And unfortunately people quit too soon once they dont get the results they expected. And they miss out on the internal growth that was supposed to take place. Rooting is not easy because no one sees your internal growth. We always want the world to see the results than for you to see the internal results the process is shaping you to become. And the internal results will show you how great you are because you have grown to be the giant and an internal success. If you haven’t seen the external results in what you are pursuing please dont quit. Allow the internal roots to shape you and change you for the best. Maybe you are busy growing a business but you are not seeing the results, dont quit the process. Its changing you, its shaping you, its preparing you. Maybe you are applying for a job or promotion, dont quit the process. Keep applying because by the time you get your opportunity you will not doubt if you deserve this opportunity. Instead you will be so confident by that time because you know what it took for you to get this door opened.
In life you never fail, you are being rooted and grounded in what you are pursuing. Keep at it, allow the rooting process to shape and bring out a new character and greatness that is within you. You are on the right track as long as you dont quit. External results will definitely show once the internal roots or internal results have fully developed within you.
