The reason why most opportunities pass us is because we expect them to be easy. Once opportunities become challenging we already panic and want to quit. And those that quit easily they are missing out on the process of growing and finding solutions. Those quitters dont know that challenges help us to find solutions and become wiser.
Easy things dont last, that is why a house without a firm foundation will be easily blown by the winds of seasons. And growth brings out the best in you. Growth pushes you to be the leader that you never thought you were. When you grow you handle things differently. You dont make noise and complain about everything when you understand that a challenge is here to develop you. And yet easy is about settling for less than what you know you are capable of and deserve. Easy leads to comfort and less achievements. The most successful people will tell you that success is process of self growth. You first become the millionaire in your mind before the millions get to your bank account, thats growth. And once your mind has become, you will never lose what you have, instead you will have more because thr mind will always push you to make more.
If you do what is easy, your life will be hard. But if you do what is hard, your life will be easy. Growth is a choice, and easy is also a choice. You must choose if you want instant gratification because you want an easy life, or if you want to allow the process to develop and groom you to be the best you are destined to be. Continue to grow everyday, and know that if its not challenging you, you are not growing.
